This year we are asking our local chefs to take the Eat Local Chef Challenge and offer at least one locally sourced dish for the entire month of April. Dishes will consist of 75% local products sources with-in a 220 mile radius or closer. Consumers can do their part by visting participating restaurants and asking for the Eat Local Challenge dish (in some amazing cases it will the whole menu!) and then visiting our online survey to vote for their favorite. Take a picture of your favorite dish to tag on facebook, post on instagram and twitter with #eatlocalchs! At the end of the month we will announce our Eat Local Chef Challenge winners!
