Learn traditional farming techniques as we tour Marshview Community Organic Farms on St. Helena Island.  Guest celebrity Chef Richard Wilson, owner and chef of Bateaux Restaurant in Port Royal will create lunch harvested fresh from the Marshview fields.  South Coast Office Director Patrick Moore shares how Community Supported Agriculture (CSAs) can save you money, make you and the planet healthier and protect rural land in Beaufort County.

The Coastal Conservation League Presents: "Wild & Scenic Environmental Film Festival"   
Enjoy an evening of powerful and entertaining award-winning, environmental films and discussion around local and global issues.  The green carpet rolls out at the Terrace Theatre on James Island at 5:30PM with a pre-party that includes music, beer and wine and appetizing selections from Whole Foods Market.  Films begin at 6:30PM.  Tickets are available at Half-Moon Outfitters or by calling the CCL Event Registration Line at 843-725-2067.
