AMA Spark Awards Submission: Best Fundraising Campaign

Lowcountry Local First’s (LLF) 2018 annual fundraising campaign was a week-long effort to tell stories of impact from various segments of our work. “Building Local Prosperity Week” told ten unique stories, two per day, each of which tied back to how the programs, staff or overall mission of LLF helped that person and/ or business develop, grow or succeed. From farmers to dance studio owners, each individual or couple was interviewed and their story was captured through text, photography and some through video. Two stories were shared each day throughout the week through LLF’s e-newsletters, blog and social media. The videos and stories were captured in-house.
