Small Business Success Series: Commercial Space 101
In partnership with the Town of Mount Pleasant, Lowcountry Local First presents: Commercial Space 101.
When you start a business, you are the expert in your product or service — but not necessarily in real estate. Power imbalances and financial struggles can come about when small business owners don’t have the information they need to make informed, strategic real estate decisions. This crash course workshop will provide you with need-to-know information for finding, evaluating, leasing, or buying a commercial space. Bring your questions to ensure you get the most out of this opportunity to engage with local real estate, policy, and design experts.
