Local Works 10 Year Anniversary Party

Local Works Coworking Space is celebrating its 10 year anniversary!

Lowcountry Local First developed Local Works in 2014 as a place for entrepreneurs and creatives to collaborate, co-create, and support other local business owners so that all can thrive. We noticed a need in the business sector for access to affordable, open-sector commercial space and turned to the local community for support in turning this vision into a reality. 

Since opening the space up in June of 2014, more than 314 companies of a wide range of industry and size have called this place their productive “home.” From bakers to lawyers and everything in between, it’s the variety of interest and expertise that we believe truly makes this place unlike any other. Through hundreds of happy hours, art shows, networking events, workshops, entrepreneurship classes, shared lunches and more – this place has become much more than a work space, but a community of people who love to engage, collaborate and create meaningful change here in the Lowcountry and our broader world.

This event is free and open to all. Registration is required as space is limited. Local sips will be provided and food will be available for purchase from Low Country Royal and Bert & T's Desserts food trucks. Brief remarks and recognition of contributors will be made at 6 p.m.
