Berkeley Electric Cooperative

Berkeley Electric Cooperative is an electric utility, serving over 96,000 active members and more than 112,000 active meters in Berkeley Charleston and Dorchester counties with over 5000 miles of line connecting them all together. Berkeley Electric is the largest electric cooperative in South Carolina, and one of the top 25 in the nation. The members of the cooperative are also the owners which means the cooperative is locally owned and operated by its members. Therefore, Berkeley Electric is commitment to the community!
