For individuals, Sarah Castle is a Certified Leadership Coach. After years of mentoring and coaching hundreds of people, she realized that coaching was part of her purpose. Using an integrated approach that incorporates coaching for career, personal, and health, she works with executives, senior leaders, and up-and-comers to accelerate their growth. She believes (and has experienced) that all aspects of your life need to be aligned for you to be a great leader.
