Since 2013, we have been predominantly working in the Westside, Eastside, Elliotborough, Radcliffborough,North Central, and South of Broad neighborhoods of the Charleston peninsula. Though our primary focus has been on distressed buildings and infill, capitalizing on our restoration expertise to capture high returns, we also specialize in home renovations, additions, and new construction. An efficient and cost-conscious construction process is the most critical element to the success of these projects.

We continue to utilize our strong network of colleagues as we foster and develop our relationships throughout the industry--from real estate agents and sub-contractors, to design professionals, preservation groups, as well as the city staff at the Charleston board of architectural review and building departments.
