Kristy Holdgate and Jessica Davis are Charleston natives and veteran pastry chefs. Both Kristy and Jessica taught at the Culinary Institute of Charleston for nearly 10 years. Their original chocolate chip cookie dough recipe was so popular with family and friends that in 2019 Scratch Cookie Co. was born. Currently offering a variety of expertly crafted cookie doughs and mixes. Scratch uses only the highest quality ingredients and strives to incorporate local ingredients when possible. Both Jessica and Kristy share a passion for spreading happiness through food and love to give others the opportunity to do the same in their own homes.
