17th Annual Chef's Potluck Event Policy

TICKET POLICY:

This event is rain or shine and tickets are non-refundable. A one-time ticket transfer is permissible.

HEALTH POLICY:

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot address individual allergy concerns. Each participating chef is asked to prepare at least one vegetarian dish.

We ask individuals to NOT attend the event if any of the following conditions are true for you:
– Within 14 days before attending the Chef’s Potluck you have tested positive, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19;
– Within 48 hours prior to attending the Chef’s Potluck you have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. a fever of 100.4F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain / aches, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea, fatigue, or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention);
– Within 14 days prior to attending the Chef’s Potluck, you have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19. 

PARKING POLICY:
Parking is available on-site at Holy City Brewing. Holy City Brewing will be operating with regular hours during the Chef's Potluck event so we recommend that all guests carpool when possible and consider using ride-shares.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
Professional photographer and videographer will be on-site documenting the event for Lowcountry Local First. By entering the Chef’s Potluck event premises on May 18, 2025, you grant Lowcountry Local First permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media captured at the event in future promotional materials.

ANIMAL INTERACTION DISCLAIMER:
Live animals will be present at this event. While safety precautions will be in place, attendees interact with animals at their own risk. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from interaction with the animals. Parental supervision is required for children.

PARENTAL SUPERVISION DISCLAIMER:
For everyone’s safety, children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times, especially due to the event’s close proximity to the marsh and the use of the new Holy City dock. Please help us ensure a fun and safe experience for all by keeping a watchful eye on little ones near the water.
